Discover Adventer – the new marketplace for adventure experiences
Adventer is an innovative platform created through a collaboration between Plingot and Function of Tech. The platform serves as a marketplace where organizers can showcase and promote their adventures, while adventure seekers get an inspiring place to discover new experiences. Adventer is designed as a subscription service, where organizers pay a monthly fee for full access to the platform. They can publish their events and also offer gift card sales. The platform is constantly evolving, and we are currently rolling out a booking system.
With around 50 exciting activity providers on the platform, you can find adventures ranging from helicopter tours, solo flights, heliskiing, climbing, kayaking, cycling, surfing, clay pigeon shooting, and much more.
How the idea came to life
The concept began with a booking system for diving, but through interviews, we discovered that demand was low. Instead, another need emerged that customers were willing to pay for: divers struggled to find trips, and diving companies faced challenges reaching new and existing customers.
The journey begins
In 2023, we launched a simple calendar featuring leading diving organizations on dykarna.nu, Its success gave us the confidence to further develop our concept, which has now become Adventer.

We build and launch new features step-by-step, without fixed deadlines, to avoid stress and maintain high quality. We always seek feedback from our providers before launching features to ensure they meet their needs.

Our partner, Function of Tech, ensures that Adventer as a brand is visible across digital channels. They organize competitions and targeted marketing efforts to increase Adventer’s visibility and brand recognition.
