En Technical, IT eller Teknisk Due Diligence är en del av den bredare processen due diligence, som används för att noggrant granska olika delar av ett företag inför en affär eller investering. Precis som det finns due diligence inom exempelvis fastigheter, ekonomi eller juridik, fokuserar Tech Due Diligence på företagets tekniska miljö – system, processer, säkerhet och infrastruktur, avtal och drift.
The purpose is to identify risks, strengths, and opportunities ahead of an acquisition or investment. For us at Plingot, it’s about translating technology into business value. We help our clients understand the full digital picture — what works well, where the risks lie, and how IT can drive future growth.
Our due diligence projects are carried out in collaboration with Function of Tech (FoT). Plingot’s role is as technical experts, conducting analyses and serving as a sparring partner with deep technical competence.

Rekommendationerna är konkreta och fokuserar på den närmaste tiden efter förvärvet och framåt. För att de bästa förutsättningarna anger vi även prioriteringsordning på rekommendationerna “måste fixas nu”, “fixa nästa 100 dagar” och “fixa inom 12-24 månader”.
