A Tech, IT, or Technical Due Diligence is part of the broader due diligence process used to carefully assess different parts of a company before a deal or investment. Just as there is due diligence for property, finance, or legal matters, Tech Due Diligence focuses on the company’s technical landscape — systems, processes, security and infrastructure, agreements, and operations.

The purpose is to identify risks, strengths, and opportunities ahead of an acquisition or investment. For us at Plingot, it’s about translating technology into business value. För att de bästa förutsättningarna anger vi även prioriteringsordning på rekommendationerna “måste fixas nu”, “fixa nästa 100 dagar” och “fixa inom 12-24 månader”.
